Tara Long, Change Healthcare (Client)

Tara is an experienced Software Design Manager, Product Owner, and designer in healthcare systems. Her skills include leadership, agile, problem-solving, analysis, and conflict management.

Tara has worked with PDX, recently acquired by Change Healthcare, for approximately 9 years leading a team of 34 designers, managing multimillion-dollar portfolio for clients such as Kaiser Permanente, Meijer, and Albertsons-Safeway. Her responsibilities include training and implementing processes to improve quality for a team that consists of Application Analysts, Data Analysts, UX web designers, and software design architects.

Harshita Ratnaparkhe

Harshita is a Lead Product Designer and has been with Synerzip for three years. She has extensive experience working in UX design. Her contributions are mainly focusing on design systems and interaction design, and she loves to solve complex design problems. Harshita has a Master’s degree in Human-Centered Design from Srishti Institute of Art, Design, and Technology in Bengaluru, India, and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

Anudnya Marathe

Anudnya is a Senior Product Designer and has been with Synerzip for two years. She works in various domains and digital platforms to enhance clients’ product experiences. She has expertise in designing elegant and engaging products. Her interest lies in UX research, interaction design & visual design. Anudnya has a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Arts with a Master’s degree in User Experience Design from the MIT Institute of Design in Pune, India.
