Scaling Agile Organically

September 18, 2018

Scaling Agile is a big topic these days. There are many large-scale frameworks out there now, including SAFe, LeSS, Enterprise Scrum, Disciplined Agile, Nexus, and more. In this webinar, we’ll look at scaling Agile in a different way, without a methodology.

The Agile manifesto contains a set of values and principles. Agile methods, such as Kanban and Scrum, are an embodiment of those values and principles. As a result, they are extremely straightforward and simple to describe. For instance, Scrum has just three roles, Kanban has none. By looking to the Agile manifesto for guidance, we’ll see how to apply Agile “Organically” to work efforts that involve multiple teams working together and organizations that have anywhere from tens to hundreds of Agile teams.
