Steven Mason, VP of Engineering, Synerzip
A seasoned technology leader, Steve, worked as a technology consultant and technology advisor to investors over the last several years. Most recently, Steve ran his own technology consulting firm, Matterhorn Technology Group, where he provided investment advice to PE investors.
Prior to Matterhorn, he worked for AKF Partners, where he engaged with over 70 software companies, ranging from small startups to Enterprise-1000 behemoths. For clients, he routinely conducted workshops in the areas of system architecture and software development practices, teaching clients how to build highly scalable & availability systems and adopt best practices (Agile, CI/CD, DevOps).
Steve has a BS in Computer Science from the US Naval Academy, an MS in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins, and is currently working on an MBA from UC Berkeley.
Vinayak Joglekar, CTO & Co-founder, Synerzip
Vinayak Joglekar is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Synerzip. Vinayak built and scaled Synerzip’s project teams by attracting and retaining top-notch talent in the fiercely competitive market in India. He took the entrepreneurial leap in 1983 after he quit a programmer-analyst position in Alfa-Laval.
