Vinayak Joglekar, CTO, Synerzip | Prime

Vinayak Joglekar is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Synerzip. Vinayak built and scaled Synerzip’s project teams by attracting and retaining top-notch talent in the fiercely competitive market in India. He took the entrepreneurial leap in 1983 after he quit a programmer-analyst position in Alfa-Laval.

He is a certified J2EE programmer and an architect with an active interest in Social, Mobile, Cloud and Big Data technologies. Apart from being the CTO, he mentors bright minds in software development and product delivery. Vinayak can be reached at vinayak@synerzip.com.

Florence Lowe, Former COO, Synerzip

Florence Lowe, Chief Operating Officer at Synerzip, is responsible for strategy, customer success, strategic business development and partnerships, and overall finance and administration.

Mike Watson, VP Engineering Synerzip

Mike Watson, VP Engineering at Synerzip, is a veteran engineering leader with over 15 years of experience leading software teams. Mike’s passion is in helping software product development organizations transition into strong Agile practices and cultures within. He has experience working with large and medium public companies (such as Motorola and Tangoe), as well as mid-to-late stage startups (such as 4thpass, Solbright and Quintessent). Mike has been fortunate to work with a few of the leading minds in modern agile process development.

Mike’s technical specialties include Kanban/Scrum, highly scalable enterprise software, SaS/Cloud compliance, Application Security, System Integration and Mobile Commerce.
