The Challenge
The Dell team needed quality resources to work on their new releases and testing management tools independently and efficiently. Dell partnered with Synerzip to test its range of security products. In Dell’s experience, finding a stable QA team that did not require much hand-holding was challenging.

The Solution

Dell covers everything from encryption and endpoint threat prevention to user authentication and compliance reporting. Dell’s data security solutions address top security threats and proactively protects enterprises from unforeseen vulnerabilities.
Synerzip team provides an independent execution of the test plans while taking complete ownership of testing Dell security products. Synerzip team handles different types of testing, such as functional testing, system testing, and security testing that provides comprehensive data protection, efficiently, to ensure schedules are met as per the product requirements.

Synerzip had initially engaged with Credant Technologies, which Dell acquired in 2012. As of 2020, Synerzip’s partnership with Dell continues to thrive for 10+ years. A development team helps Dell Web Services (DWS), a collection of microservices and serverless components that support the Dell Software Solutions (DSS) products.
The Synerzip Data Security Server team performs manual testing on Dell’s security products, including test case writing, functional testing, regression testing, and localization testing.
