StepOne, a business intelligence (BI) consulting company, provides staff augmentation and consulting services. Their primary aim is to help its clients improve their decision-making capabilities by leveraging their data.

Step One’s BI specialists are thought leaders in business intelligence, data warehousing, and performance management technologies.

The Challenge

StepOne needed the expertise to enhance their product and were looking for a technology partner to increase their business value. StepOne’s software platform for digital self-service automates the continuous improvement of post-sales customer experience. It addresses the entire customer life cycle and helps its clients engage with customers in the right ways and right places. StepOne’s web application (Customer Admin Console) helps its customers lessen their after-sales service calls.

StepOne needed a service provider who could adapt to their changing priorities as they worked rapidly to enhance their product.

The Solution

Synerzip’s team enhanced StepOne’s web application (Customer Admin Console). This application resolves customer’s issues quickly so they don’t have to always talk to a StepOne service representative. The application analyzes and predicts the caller’s environment and suggests the most probable solution to their queries, before forwarding to a customer service representative. Using machine learning, the team helped StepOne analyze customer queries, predict their environment, and suggest solutions.

Maintaining strict adherence to Agile practices, Synerzip helps StepOne in developing and testing their product. Taking advantage of the time differences, the team maintained 24×7 delivery cycles helping StepOne get to market faster.

Synerzip’s team sped up the testing scenarios, making the backend more stable with REST API automation.
