Ramesh has 30+ years of experience in the IT industry across a diverse set of industries and roles. He worked at HCL Technologies as Senior Vice President and Head of Financial Services Delivery (Europe). He is a versatile industry leader with expertise in Business Transformation, Innovation, and in leading large and complex global initiatives. He is a seasoned P & L leader experienced in managing global operations. His forte is in delivering operational efficiency and profitability across product engineering and application services. He has created operating models to create large scale digital teams. His passion is to co-create integrated digital solutions for business problems covering applications, infrastructure and business operations with customers based on his domain knowledge. He has won multiple awards at HCL.
Ramesh is married to Mona, who focuses on social service to their community. They have two children—a son who is a Research Engineer specializing in AI/ML and a daughter who is a doctor. Ramesh’s hobbies are reading, traveling, and sports.
